With our knowledge of the local market and strong lettings and management service, we have built an established network of international investors. These add an extra demand over and above local buyer demand. Most of our buyers are cash buyers looking at an average property purchase of £800k. They are drawn from local home buyers who have already sold, and foreign nationals looking to invest in this area.

Zaynab (Zen to her friends) has a background in block management, with experience as a concierge, an expert in Fire Safety. What cannot be taught comes naturally to her as an exceptional communicator and manager.

Tenacious and hardworking, Ash never stops. He is the salesman every landlord needs, relentlessly chasing leads, showing tenants and traveling anywhere for the business. He is also very careful in his assessment of matching the right tenants for a property checking appropriateness and affordability.

Jonathan

Director of Moss and Co, Jon has 30 years experience as an owner of a property agency, specialising in lettings and management. As a member of ARLA he is an expert in both residential lettings and block management.
Jon has always focused on improving service for the benefit of staff and clients. We have a bespoke online suite of tools that surpass normal industry standards given his 20 years devotion to its continual development.

If you have cause for complaint then we ask you to follow the following procedure. Hopefully your issues can be resolved at an early stage in the process.

1. Email the staff member who has been dealing with the issue and present the nature of your complaint to request a prompt response. You should expect a response the same day and if further time is required then this email should give you a time line we will be working to. 2. If your complaint has not been resolved please send an email to the director, Jonathan Moss. You just need to give the general nature of your grievance as he is able to look back over all correspondence you have had with the staff up to that point. jon@mosswimbledonhill.co.uk

3. If you cannot reach an agreement then we will provide you with 'a final viewpoint letter'.

It is very rare that complaints cannot be resolved at an early stage, but we would rather that you do let us know rather than put up with something that you are not happy about.
